The Hooyman Extendible Tree Saw is an indispensable implement for your tree stand, enabling you to reach out, or stay close cutting branches for a clear shooting lane. The Hooyman has four telescopic extensions with in-line channel groves to lock each section in place. The Hooyman extends to maximum of five feet, shortens to four feet, just over three feet, and then just over two feet. The extension arms are made of strong aircraft grade aluminum with an I-beam configuration. The premium carbon steel blade called the MegaBite™ has a four-edge tooth design that locks in place and cuts like a hot knife through butter. All of our testers that used the Hooyman saw were impressed with its quick cutting power. We use it in the tree stand and then trimmed trees around the house. You do not have put any pressure on the extension the blade design grabs the branch and does all the work you just push and pull. The Hooyman Saw should be in every tree stand hunters backpack.
