Super Wader Widgeon Parka
Columbia’s Super Wader Widgeon jacket is without question the most expensive hunting apparel we have ever seen or tested. What makes any jacket worth $720.00 dollars? Let’s look at everything it offers. This is two jackets in one; the liner is 700 down fill, and reversible. The jacket is seam sealed and made of Columbia’s Omni-Tech making it waterproof and breathable. The length is 25 inches long, perfect for waders. On each side of the zipper on the jacket is a quick loader tube for 20 or 12 ga. shells for fast reloading. In addition, the front offers twelve shotgun shell loops, six to a side. Each shoulder has a patch for traction in bad weather. Six front zippers for all your possible’s and a detachable storm hood with a ball cap brim. Innovative technology is the best description for the Super Wader Widgeon parka it has it all.

Updated, I have tested the parka on several occasions Duck hunting in bitterly cold weather and warmer weather, this is a real piece of work. This is a big time hunting jacket, I am impressed!

Columbia PHG Hunting Parka/Blaze Orange
I hunted pheasants and quail in South Dakota and Nebraska during the month of November 2009! All I can say is this Columbia PHG Hunting Jacket is an extremely versatile that can be worn in a light rain or a mild fall day (recommend removal of the vest liner on nice days). I was impressed with the water resistance of the Ptarmi Parka on a daylong rain that I encountered one day while staying dry and still able to a few Roosters! The front offer well designed pockets to hold gloves and shells! Overall, I would say that Columbia has a real good hunting jacket!

Columbia Briarshun Hunting Pants
I put these hunting pants through seven days of upland hunting in Nebraska and South Dakota! I hunted in rain, sleet, and sunny 60-degree weather. The durability of these hunting pants is what stood out in that they are outstanding and well made with a nice moisture barrier added in the legs and the seat area. These pants will last a long time if you can stay clear of the barbed wire fences!

Briars and brambles are no match for these incredibly rugged pants. We started with our heaviest cotton canvas, then added tough, DWR® water-repellent leg facings for added durability and protection from the elements. A silky lining backs the facings for next-to-skin comfort; other details include a zip fly with button closure, front slant pockets, a zippered security pocket, and button-close welt pocket in back. Relaxed fit.

Ptarmigan Parka
This all-weather upland parka gives the birds plenty of reason to be nervous. Constructed of Omni-Tech® waterproof-breathable fabric, it’s loaded with hunt-specific features like a front-loading adjustable blood-proof game bag with side mesh to let the birds breathe.
Radial sleeves provide enhanced mobility and feature underarm zips for quick temperature regulation, while a snap-in microfleece vest provides extra protection against the cold. Two big front slant pockets are lined with soft microfiber fabric to keep hands warm; roomy hook and loop close pockets feature mesh drainage ports and 12 shell holders on the outer flap.
